Subscription

DeckBuilder Pro is offered as a recurring $39/month subscription unless a different price is shown at checkout. Billing and cancellation are handled through the configured Stripe account and billing portal.

Design and estimating software

DeckBuilder Pro is not a licensed engineer, architect, building official or inspection service. Calculations, drawings, quantities, hardware, prices and code-related checks are tools for contractor review and must be verified for the actual project.

Local requirements

Site conditions, loads, soils, frost depth, wind, seismic conditions, snow, local amendments, manufacturer requirements and permit-office interpretation can change what is required.

Material pricing

Reference values are not guaranteed quotes. Confirm material grade, treatment, availability, price, tax and delivery with the supplier before ordering.

Account security

Members are responsible for keeping credentials private and for activity performed through their account.
