Information used to provide the service

The service may process account email, hashed account credentials, subscription identifiers, saved deck-project inputs and software diagnostic information needed to operate the member workspace.

Payment data

Payment-card data is handled by Stripe through hosted checkout/billing interfaces. X-Crew Tools should not store raw card numbers in its application database.

Projects

Saved project inputs are associated with the member account so projects can be reopened. The calculation engine uses those inputs to return deck geometry, takeoff and checks.

Advertising and sale of data

This launch package does not include ad-tech scripts and is not designed to sell customer project data.
