Why this matters on a real deck job
A square-foot estimate is useful for a quick conversation, but a builder eventually has to decide where the framing goes and what gets purchased. DeckBuilder Pro keeps those steps connected to the model instead of turning them into unrelated calculators.
The production website sends project inputs to a private calculation engine on the server. The browser receives the resulting scene, material rows and checks; the proprietary calculation module itself is not placed in the public web root.
